SACRAMENTO, Calif., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The developer of the 244-acre
Sacramento Railyards project announced today that approximately 3,000 new
jobs will be created in 2009 as a direct result of voter passage of
Proposition 1C, the $2.8 billion Housing and Infrastructure Bond and
Proposition1B, the $19.9 billion Transportation Bond as well as other local
and federal infrastructure funds.
The announcement comes as the Obama administration considers a federal
economic recovery plan with a national infrastructure investment component
and the Sacramento region copes with an unemployment rate of 7.9% and one of
the worst mortgage foreclosure rates in the nation.

Restructuring Plan Yields Positive Results
CLEVELAND, May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DATATRAK International, Inc.
(Nasdaq: DATA), a technology and services company focused on global eClinical
solutions for the clinical trials industry, today announced its operating
results for the first quarter of 2009.
Revenue for the first quarter of 2009 remained relatively constant at
$2,086,000 compared to $2,088,000 in the same period of 2008. Gross profit
margin improved to 77% for the three months ended March 31, 2009 compared to
55% for the first three months of 2008. The improvement in the Company's
gross margin reflects a 49% reduction in direct costs.
For the three months ended March 31, 2009, DATATRAK's loss from operations
was $(787,000) compared to $(2,225,000) in the first quarter of the prior

In the run-up to the next Cloud Expo, 7th Cloud Expo (November 1–4, 2010)
being held at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Silicon Valley, it's time
to give my earlier list a complete overhaul.
Here, accordingly, is an expanded list of the most active players in the

I have increased it from the 'mere' 150 I identified back in January of this
year, to 250, testimony – as if any were needed! – to the fierce and
