SCHILLER PARK, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 04/12/12 -- Enrollment Rx, an innovator of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for academic institutions, today announced that Michigan State University's Broad Full-Time MBA Program selected Enrollment Rx to streamline processes for communicating with and tracking prospective students. With the cloud-based CRM solution, Broad's Full-Time MBA program expects to transform how they engage with prospective students throughout the inquiry stage, thereby improving yield rates. Currently in the implementation stage, the school plans to go live in the fall 2012.
The Broad College of Business is one of the largest business schools in the U.S., with 5,000 undergraduates and approximately 1,000 students enrolled in specialized master's, doctoral or MBA degree programs, as well as various executive development programs. Broad's Full-Time MBA program needed to find a CRM solution that provided a robust way to facilitate communication, tracking and reporting through the inquiry stage.
Broad's Full-Time MBA program is implementing Enrollment Rx's prospects module and events campaign system, as well as professional, efficient reporting capabilities to create a more robust communication plan for tracking prospects at the top of the funnel and to deliver a measurable way to determine yield from events, marketing collateral and email campaigns.
"The cloud is at the forefront of where education is heading, and as a higher ed institution, it's valuable for us to work with those vendors who are driving the direction of technology," said Kate Goedde, associate director of MBA admissions, Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University. "Enrollment Rx and salesforce.com will completely turn upside down how we track enrollment and help us communicate with students in new, creative ways."
In addition to eliminating the need to work in Excel spreadsheets, Enrollment Rx will improve reporting throughout all stages of the enrollment process, deliver an easy way to build and track email campaigns, and allow for better inter-office communication as the department works together to build a class.
"Building partnerships with students is the foundation of our business," said Goedde. "Having an effective CRM solution allows us to create the full loop and see the lifecycle of a student during the admission process. Having access to the complete student history will be immeasurably valuable as we move forward in making better informed business decisions."
Enrollment Rx provides higher education organizations of any size and focus with unmatched flexibility and ease of use to manage the student lifecycle. Their full suite of products includes: Enrollment Rx enrollment management, Placement Rx career services management, Alumni Rx alumni relationship management, and Stutrax Student Information System.

Every organization is facing their own Digital Transformation as they attempt to stay ahead of the competition, or worse, just keep up. Each new opportunity, whether embracing machine learning, IoT, or a cloud migration, seems to bring new development, deployment, and management models. The results are more diverse and federated computing models than any time in our history.
Unfortunately, there is no single deployment model that solves all of your business goals. You need to maintain the flexibility to deploy in your data center, to multi-clouds, or push to the edge to meet business specific cost, agility or application requirements.
