The XPedite7172 is a high-performance, low-power SBC ideal for military, commercial, and industrial embedded computing applications.
The XPedite7172 features:
-- Intel® Core(TM)2 Duo processor at up to 1.8 GHz
-- OpenVPX standards based
-- Six SATA ports
-- Two SerDes Gigabit Ethernet ports
-- Up to 4 GB of DDR2-400 ECC SDRAM

-- Ruggedized Enhanced Design Implementation (REDI)
-- Several supported BSPs: Linux, VxWorks, QNX Neutrino, Green Hills
INTEGRITY, and Windows XP/Vista drivers
Configurable as either air-cooled or conduction-cooled, the XPedite7172 is designed to meet a wide range of environmental requirements. The XPedite7172 hosts numerous I/O ports through the P2 backplane connector, supporting RTM I/O in development platforms and backplane/bulkhead I/O in deployed systems. A XMC expansion slot provides easy product customization and an optional I/O module allows convenient front-panel access to serial, Ethernet, and USB ports during lab development.
Pricing and Availability: The XPedite7172 is available for $7,380; variable pricing based on processor speed, memory configuration, ruggedization level, and volume purchases.
