Good news for ColdFusion developers: ajaxCFC has reached 1.0. After about a
year of development, the popular ColdFusion-AJAX library has just announced
the reach of a major milestone.
AjaxCFC is a ColdFusion framework meant to speed up AJAX application
development and deployment by providing developers seamless integration
between JavaScript and ColdFusion, and providing built-in functions, such as
security and debugging, to quickly adapt to any type of environment and
helping to overcome cross-browser compatibility problems.

TIBCO announced that mobilkom austria group (mag) set a new benchmark for the
mobile phone sector, establishing mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs)
covering Serbia and Macedonia in just six months using an enterprise service
bus based on TIBCO software.
The previously unheard-of timescales were made possible through the use of
standardized functionality from back-office mag billing and CRM systems,
located in different parts of Europe, that were reused for the new MVNOs.

Microsoft's Channel 9 web site is putting up demos like mine on Looking at
Server Controls with ASP.Net 2.0 (with an AJAX demo) and I must say it is a
cool idea. They are like video blog posts. Duane Laflotte also posted
like 3 of them on subjects Exploring the Crypto API in .Net. I hope they
keep it up and many more people contribute. If they do we will need a
really good way to seach.
My spot was a quick walk through of a control that is part of a session I am
delivering at TechEd Hong Kong next week. I gave the presentation at Code
