Knoa® Software, the leading provider of user experience and performance management software, today announced it will showcase Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM) for Oracle® PeopleSoft® v9.1 Human Capital Management and Knoa EPM for Siebel® CRM at COLLABORATE 13: Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community in Denver, Colorado, from April 7-11, 2013.
Launched in March 2013, Knoa EPM for PeopleSoft is one of the first products to define key performance indicators (KPI) for accurate measurement of application adoption and true service level agreement delivery at the desktop. Customers can chart a path to best-in-class performance across a wide variety of performance metrics. Knoa EPM's analytics accurately assess overall business process performance and provide an early indication of system, user and business process errors before they reach the support desk or worse, the customer. This enables Knoa customers to improve operations and reduce costs for IT service and support and operations.
Knoa EPM for Siebel is already in production in some of the largest companies in the world, including one of the 20 largest banks as ranked by 2012 revenue. Knoa EPM enables these customers to optimize performance across many challenges including IT support, IT operations, education and training.
For information about Knoa Software, Knoa EPM, or to hear more about Knoa EPM’s support for Oracle products, visit Knoa in Booth #942, located in the PeopleSoft section at COLLABORATE 13. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the IOUG, OAUG and Quest on the best practices and user-driven training that each user group offers.
