Retired product support options

The Microsoft Support Lifecycle starts at the time a Microsoft product is made available and ends on a date as determined by its Support Lifecycle policy. To check when support for your product reaches the end of its support, visit the Microsoft Support Lifecycle site.

When the support lifecycle has ended for a product, you can no longer receive assisted support from Microsoft. This page provides self-help online support options that are available throughout a product's lifecycle and for a minimum of 12 months after the product reaches the end of its support. This may include, but is not limited to: Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) articles, FAQs, troubleshooting tools, and other resources. They are provided to help customers resolve common issues. Please note: Enrollment in a maintenance program may be required to receive these benefits for certain products.
