Cloud Expo Silicon Valley $500 Savings here!
As cloud computing evolves to cover a broad range of markets, the fundamental rack infrastructure of the cloud must evolve with it. As more customers are added to the cloud from increasingly diverse markets, the rack infrastructure must become more flexible to adapt to the changing needs, while continuing to reduce costs. Rackspace and NextIO will jointly addresses the evolving requirements of the server rack for cloud computing and the use of a new hardware technology called PCI Express I/O Virtualization to address the requirements.
In his session at the 9th International Cloud Expo, Chris Pettey, CTO & Co-Founder of NextIO, will describe how PCI Express I/O Virtualization enables successful cloud computing platforms and will give a vision for the technology going forward.
