CloudApps, a provider of sustainability and carbon management solutions,
announced on Thursday that Stephen Kelly has joined its board. A senior
industry figure, Kelly is one of the most successful CEOs in the European
technology industry. Kelly's appointment further bolsters CloudApps
management team as it rapidly expands its sales and strategic partnerships.
Most recently, Kelly was CEO of Micro Focus, a UK FTSE-quoted software

I've got an iPad and have enjoyed it - particularly when it comes to reading
the WSJ, NYT or the various books I am reading. However, last night after a
suggestion from my friend Clint Lee I got the Flipboard app (watch video

under the “cloud computing” moniker. Simeon Simeonov was compelled to pen
an article for GigaOM on the evolution/migration of cloud computing toward
PaaS after an experience playing around with some data from CrunchBase. He
came to the conclusion that if only ... (more)
Confronted with the shock of the new, it’s only natural for large
organizations to trust that yesterday’s strategies will continue to work a
little longer.
Social media raises awareness cost-effectively
However, after FINRA-1006 was released last spring, the regulatory
guidelines that govern social networking policy for the investment industry
leveled the playing field for everyone. As a number of the nation’s leading
