RingCube Announces Free Desktop Virtualization Software
MojoPac Freedom enables users to carry PC on USB device

Digg This!

RingCube Technologies has announced MojoPac Freedom, free desktop virtualization software. By offering MojoPac Freedom at no cost, RingCube’s vision is to put personal computing in the hands of almost anyone in the world.

MojoPac separates users’ software from the operating system, allowing them to carry their PC experience with them on any portable storage device. In essence, MojoPac software captures everything that is important to users on the PC, such as software applications, configurations, settings, and data files and stores it on a USB storage device. Then, by plugging that USB storage device into any Windows PC, users can transform the host PC into a customized personal computer. MojoPac is truly plug and play, as it does not require any specialized software to be installed on the host PC. A user can install any language pack on a MojoPac device and use that language interface on any PC.

MojoPac allows students, PC gamers, road warriors, and other PC users to capture their personal computing desktop and replicate it within a MojoPac image. As a result, gamers can take their games with them; travelers can carry their personal applications, settings and information and transform PCs – even airport kiosks – into their personal computers.
