Web Performance Trainer 2.9 Build 703
by Michael Czeiszperger - Tue, Feb 7th 2006 14:05 PDT

About: Web Performance Trainer is a load testing and stress testing tool for Web servers. Its statistical analysis takes your site's performance criteria, and determines the number of users your Web site can handle. Because data is collected at the URL level, it not only identifies slow Web pages, but identifies the particular part of the Web page that caused the problem. Web Performance Trainer includes hard-to-find features such as IP spoofing, client certificates, multiple simultaneous test cases, authentication, SSL recording and playback, automated analysis, and more.

Changes: The support text has been updated to point to the Web Performance, Inc. support Web site, instead of email addresses. Recording has been changed to more accurately simulate an accurate recording by propagating some types of transmission errors to the user's browser, instead of displaying a friendly error message.
