Description
I am looking for developing a Search algorithm application like www.indeed.com clone but not for jobs but with a different domain.It should be very simple GUI.User should enter a search or key word eg cars in a text box , and location, zip, city or country in next text box . I should get the very specific search results as per the key word .
I may need a ad sponsored link , and google sponsored link in the sides .Users also should have Mypage link to manage their search results .Admin page to control my application .
I amy need blog link , Deals link .
The menu design should be like Yahoo ... If you click Entertainment you can see submenu below ,,,( very simple )
The application must be written so that if I want to use the application specific to another service , I should able to do that .This must be achieved by changing my domain and keywords in admin panel .( Reusable )

Only those who has very strong experince in developing search algorithm can reply .

Technology : Preferebly Ajax ( Php ,My SQL )
Hosting and maintenance : Separate quote can be given .
If I get a good cost and team , I have 2 more projects to be done .
Time : 30 Days max --Bug free project , A prototype is required
Cost : I can increase the budget based on any additional functionality suggested by you
