Other Features:
1- Users don't need to download or install anything on their computer.
2- The admin should be able to change the color and layout of the frames different parts easily.
Note:
1- We need to receive all the source code, FLA files and everything after the project competition.
2- We award this project to programmer(s) who meet our expectations. Then we escrow the whole amount of the bid to them BUT the transaction will not be completed after we make sure that the software is exactly what we wanted and after we installed the software on our website.
3- The programmer creates the software on his/her server and then makes us able to have access to it and check it. Then the software should be downloadable for us. Also the programmer should create full installation instructions which makes us able to install the software on our server by ourselves. Giving our server accessing information to others is against our company policy and the agreement we have with some other companies. So the programmer should makes us able to install the software by ourselves.
4- The programmer can not sell this software as his/her product in future. Also, we don't want to sell this application. We want to use it absolutely on our website.
