Digg Vulnerable to XSS
The 'search 'form at Digg.com is vulnerable to Cross Site Scripting. I haven’t checked to see if the comments or new story submission modules are affected – if they are, things could get pretty messy.

UFOs and Dating
In Peter Morville's article, Ubiquitous Findable Objects, he talks about "a world of UFOs, [where] personal metadata that describes our interests, histories, possessions, and relationships will be very important." This personal metadata--in the form of body tags--would create a "bibliographic record" of each of us.

Happy Thanksgiving. As we gather with relatives to watch TV (the Thanksgiving Day Parade, your favorite football game) and to record home movies centered around a—hopefully—delicious turkey, I’d like to talk about mobile video and effective ways you can use the medium.

Fake experts always misspel HIPAA
Here is the reliable sign to tell a fake security compliance expert: they always misspel HIPAA as (gasp!) 'HIPPA'. This press release is one of the best examples of what not do (unless your purpose is to look dumb, of course :-)) - misspel the name of the regulation when trying to sell services helping with it.
