New Opera Browser Downloads Bit Torrent The official announcement won’t come until Thursday, but v8.02 of the Opera browser has a built-in Bit Torrent client. Don’t confuse the functionality of a torrent-enabled browser with an RSS-enabled browser that aggregates RSS feeds. Aggregating torrent links would draw the vengeful wrath of the MPAA. However, there is nothing unlawful, inducing, or contributorily infringing about a Bit Torrent client—at least, by today’s legal precedents. It just makes life a little more e=converged for those who know where to find their torrent links. [Source: The Digital Music Weblog]
