General Session: Sharing and Eliminating the Digital Divide Tuesday's general session drew a large crowd, as usual. John Gage, chief researcher and director of the Science Office for Sun Microsystems, opened the session by explaining that our nifty RFI Conference cards (based on Java Card technology) allow Sun to collect data on the number of people attending technical sessions and BOFs.
