BlackBerry Web Client is an Internet-based e-mail interface. You can create your own BlackBerry Web Client e-mail address; e.g., (jsmith@tmo.blackberry.net) which will then send e-mails directly to you. Your handheld must be running software version 3.6 or higher.
Plan to use the BlackBerry only for personal use? Three options are available:
- Get instant delivery from your BlackBerry Web Client e-mail address (jsmith@tmo.blackberry.net) directly to your BlackBerry.
- Receive e-mail delivered to your BlackBerry handheld from your existing e-mail accounts every 15 minutes. All you need is your existing e-mail address, username, and password.
- Ask your e-mail provider to forward e-mails directly to your BlackBerry Web Client address (jsmith@tmo.blackberry.net). Your e-mail will be delivered instantly to your BlackBerry handheld.
