Microsoft is excited to partner with Plain Sight to support Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) and Azure Tech Groups (ATGs) who want to host community-led, hands-on, in-person learning events designed to extend Build content directly into local technical communities around the globe.

Reporting and Reimbursement Process

All sponsorship recipients are required to send an invoice that includes their preferred way to be paid and an itemized receipt within 30 days post-event.

Sponsorship payments will be reimbursed within 30 days of the itemized receipts and reports being verified. Alcohol is excluded.

Sponsorship Reimbursement Criteria

ATGs and MVPs hosting community events around the globe, with a minimum of 30 attendees, are invited to submit sponsorship proposals for up to $500. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Post-event, approved event hosts will be expected to submit the a recap report within 2 weeks after the event that details, attendance numbers, attendee feedback, overall impact, and photos.
